Shipping policies

Most of our coffee is stored in the Netherlands at Don Edgar warehouse that is specialized in handling specialty coffee.
We can arrange shipment to your door (for most destinations), to the port of your choosing, or simply prepare the coffee for collection and transport arranged by you.

Our minimum purchase is 1 bag / box. Shipment is usually done by the pallet, which is up to 700kg, and most people try to fill up 1 pallet to save on shipping.
Don Edgar can also consolidate pallets with other importers who have their coffee there.

All coffees are packed on EUR pallets, strapped for stability, and wrapped, on our account.

Payment must be received in advance of shipment or release.
